At BAGEL STREET, everything starts with a simple idea: great food, real coffee, and a place that feels like a moment worth slowing down for.


We didn’t start with a background in baking. My husband and I came from running a Chinese restaurant, where the hours were long and the pace never slowed. But when our son Logan was on the way, we realized we wanted something different, for him and for ourselves. We wanted mornings together, the chance to watch him grow, to see him after school, to cheer him on at sports events, things we couldn’t provide in the restaurant life.


Even during the build-out, when I was seven months pregnant, Logan was on our minds. Every decision we made, from the space to the menu to the community we wanted to build, was about giving him a better quality of life.


The name BAGEL STREET comes from a simple image: people walking down a street, side by side, each with their own story, sharing the same path. That feeling of movement, connection, and everyday rhythm is what inspired our shop.


Our bagels are made fresh every day. But BAGEL STREET is more than what’s on the menu. It’s about community, comfort, and moments that matter, moments like Logan will grow up experiencing, right here in Vienna.
